A woman died in Khimki, north of Moscow, and a person was trapped under rubble, regional governor Andrei Vorobiev stated. In the village of Pogorelki, a man and a woman were found dead.
Additionally, a male Indian citizen was reported killed, and three others were injured, according to India's Moscow embassy, although it's unclear whether these casualties were counted in Vorobiev's official tally. Another fatality was reported in the Belgorod region, which borders Ukraine.
