US Military Losses in Iran Attack on Jordan

Two U.S. service members were killed and one remains missing after Iranian ballistic missile and drone attacks over Jordan on Friday, officials at U.S. Central Command reported.

Four U.S. servicemen were medically evacuated to Jordanese hospitals but have since been discharged. Minor injuries are being treated and the troops are expected to return to duty.

Jordan’s military said it intercepted ten Iranian missiles fired overnight into its airspace, reporting no damage.

The U.S. military said this was the seventh consecutive night of strikes on Iran since President Donald Trump declared the temporary ceasefire agreement “over”. The latest casualties bring the American death toll in the ongoing war with Iran to 14, including a U.S. Navy pilot declared dead after going missing earlier this month.
