Ella Langley cancels Tulsa concert amid security threat

Ella Langley announced the cancellation of her sold‑out show at Tulsa’s BOK Center, ending the night just two hours before it was set to begin because of a “serious security threat”.

The singer, 27, posted on Instagram that the threat concerned the safety of her fans, venue staff and her own team. Her words described the decision as “incredibly difficult.”

According to Tulsa Police, a caller warned that “great harm” would be done, including “shots fired and bombs.” Officers had already inspected the arena with sniffer dogs before receiving the call and later found no credible evidence of a threat.

Police Captain Richard Meulenberg said the event was “ready to go” before the call disrupted it, saying the organizers “could not find any threat.” The BOK Center released a statement confirming that safety was their top priority and that the show could not go ahead.

Langley apologized to her fans and promised that ticket refunds and further details would be shared as soon as possible. The country artist, who recently set a national record with her single “Choosin’ Texas,” had secured a main stage slot at the sold‑out venue.
