In a case that highlights the grim reality of sexual violence and predation, 28-year-old Zou Zhenhao, a Chinese student, awaits sentencing for raping at least ten women in London and his native China. Investigators with London's Metropolitan Police have labeled Zou as “one of the most prolific predators” they've ever encountered, and evidence suggests there could be at least 50 more victims who remain unidentified.

Zou’s horrific acts, which he committed from September 2019 to May 2023 while studying mechanical engineering at University College London, involved luring women from the student community, social media, and dating platforms to his homes. Once there, he would incapacitate them with a concoction of drugs that interfered with memory, leaving many capable of not recalling the events that transpired.
