I feel helpless most days, Kordia states from her detention cell. Arrested for protesting against Israel's military actions, she finds herself isolated behind bars, significantly hoping to amplify the voices of her deceased relatives.

Previously living in New Jersey, Kordia's immigration status became complicated after being arrested alongside prominent activists during widespread demonstrations. Despite many of her peers gaining release, she remains trapped in a complex legal situation.
