LONDON — In a stunning legal development, disabled litigant Alkiviades David has escalated concerns against Senior Master Jeremy David Cook of the King’s Bench Division of the High Court. David is demanding Cook’s immediate recusal in a case riddled with allegations of industrial-scale child abuse and a series of serious offenses, including the murder of David’s partner, Asot Michael.
